Why this matters
A station announcement — the public message you must understand to catch the right train: a platform number, a time and a destination. Announcements are formulaic, which is your advantage: Achtung, eine Durchsage (attention, an announcement), Der Zug nach … fährt von Gleis … ab, Abfahrt um …, … Minuten Verspätung (delay), Bitte einsteigen (please board), … fällt aus (is cancelled). Know the formula and you know where each number will fall. The tricky parts are real ones: a corrected platform (fünf, nicht drei — the number before nicht is the true one), a delay that moves the departure time, a second train with its own time and platform, and a cancelled train. Write every number as you hear it.
Translation
Attention, an announcement: The train to Munich departs today from platform five, not from platform three. Departure is at 14:20. Unfortunately the train is ten minutes late. So the new departure time is 14:30. Please board. The next train to Hamburg leaves at 15:00 from platform one. Passengers for Berlin, please note: your train is cancelled today. Please take the bus in front of the station.
